Nutrition & Wellbeing

The modern chemical and scientific advances have arguably not been great for health promotion. Chemicals have been added to our food.  As fast as they have been deleted or renamed, they can be added to our water and food as fast as their effects have enforced their withdrawal from the market place. Either added at source or added at manufacturing level, the build up of the volume of chemicals, meal after meal, has generated illnesses otherwise that would not exist and are easily preventable. The same chemicals we are equally exposed to by our household usable goods and the environment.  The chemical over-load on our systems need an acute awareness and a level of new understanding.

Our thought and actions have been hacked into on a day to day basis with depression and anxiety causing an epidemic of fear.

We live sleep-walking through our feelings, numbing and intoxicating ourselves either by prescription, deliberately or unknowingly.
Life is not a journey of survival, it is a gift to be lived to the fullest with a gracious attitude and healthy respect for nature and nurture the true rules of life.
Connectedness is a feeling we cannot tap into without clear thinking and a recognition of our own consciousness.
Reaching out to sieve though the layers of facts and misleading information is a huge task, and with such a deluge of information available it’s nearly impossible to know who and what to believe.
